Shin Sun Mi Mart provides reliable grocery delivery services across selected areas in the UAE. Our delivery operations are designed to maintain product freshness, ensure safe handling of chilled and frozen products, and provide efficient delivery scheduling for our customers.

1. Minimum Order Requirement

The minimum order value (MOV) for all orders placed through the Shin Sun Mi Mart online store is:

Orders below the minimum order value may not be processed.

2. Delivery Fee

Delivery charges are applied based on the total order amount.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Online Bank Transfer

Online card payment services may be introduced in the future.

6. Delivery Conditions

To ensure smooth and accurate delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct delivery address and contact number
  • Being available during the delivery period
  • Properly storing chilled and frozen products immediately after delivery

If the customer cannot be contacted or is unavailable during delivery, the order may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled.

While Shin Sun Mi Mart aims to deliver orders within the estimated schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Operational or technical issues

If delays occur, our team will notify customers as soon as possible.

8. Order Refusal or Rescheduling

Shin Sun Mi Mart reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reschedule deliveries in cases where:

  • The customer cannot be reached
  • Delivery access is restricted or unsafe
  • Unexpected operational issues occur
